微波加热法制备纳米TiO_2及其性能的研究

摘要 采用微波辐射加热法制备出负载型TiO_2/SiO_2光催化剂,用XRD、FT-IR和UV-Vis DRS进行了表征。以甲基橙为模拟污染物,考查了微波时间、光催化剂的添加量和光照时间等因素对光催化活性的影响。结果表明:SiO_2上负载的TiO_2光催化剂,其晶体具有锐钛矿型结构,并显示出明显的量子效应,SiO_2和TiO_2没有产生化学键;且微波辐射时间在20min、光催化剂添加量为0.25g和光照时间为20min时,光催化剂的催化效应达到最大。 The Nano-TiO2 photocatalyst were prepared by microwave heating method. And characterized by XRD, LRS and UV-Vis DRS. By simulating contaminant, methyl orange is investigated. The light of the catalyst for microwave time and microwave time factors influence of optical catalytic activity. It is shown that the Nano-TiO2 photocatalyst by microwave heating method, whose crystal type is anatase, hasobvious quantum effect. And microwave heating method can improve the activitives of the photocatalyst.
