摘要
利用均匀设计法和自制的固定床光催化反应器对模拟印染废水活性艳红X—3B的处理进行了研究,从反应时间,活性艳红的浓度,pH,H2O2的投加量几个因素探索了去除CODCr的最佳条件。实验表明,固定床光催化氧化能有效降低活性艳红的CODCr,在反应时间为120.98min,活性艳红的浓度为354.1mg/L,pH=6.06,并且投加一定量的H2O2其去除效果更明显。
In the paper, the disposal of X-3B was studied by the use of homogenous designing and fixed bed reactor, and the optimal conditions was gained to remove CODe,, including the beginning pH, time, concentration of X-3B. The experimental results showed that CODCr of X-3B was degraded effectively by fixed bed reactor. The optimum conditions of treatment were: UV irradiation time 120.98 rain; concentration of X-3B-354.1 rag/%; pH=6.06; Better effect was achieved by adding suitable H2O2.
