摘要
提出标准直齿圆柱齿轮轮齿表面应用单激光束螺旋扫描的处理方法。对扫描速度、齿轮编置量及激光入射角进行分析,建立它们之间的关系,讨论扫描速度与激光入射角对能量的影响.基于上述理论,获得了沿齿廓均匀分布的硬化层。
In this paper, a method of using single laser--beam spiral scanning to treat the tooth surface of standard spur gear is proposed.The scanning speed,the position deviation of gear and the laser incident angle are analysed,their relations are set up. The afect of scanning speed and laser incident angle on energy is discussed. Based upon the above theories, a well distributed hardened layer along the gear outline is gained.
