摘要
本文介绍了齿轮激光淬火宽带激光束轴向分齿扫描工艺,提出了分齿数的确定方法,分析比较了各种分齿误差,给出了分齿数的合理选择范围。
This paper introduces the axial scanning technique for gear laser hardening, and advances a method of defining index tooth numbers. It also analyses and compares the index errors, and gives the reasonable values of index tooth number selection.
