摘要
对40Cr钢调质辊子进行对比试验的结果表明,激光表面相变硬化处理能较显著地提高蔗糖压榨机齿轮等滚滑接触表面的疲劳寿命,并分析了其机理。
This paper, based on contrast experiment simulated sugarcane crusher driving gear, demonstrates effect of leser contact surface. The experimental results have been analysed and the conclusion is as follows: the contact fatigue life of the roller treated by laser is increased remarkablely. The mechanism why the contact fatigue life was raised has been analyses.
