摘要
研究结果表明,激光重熔可提高W18Cr1v高速钢的红硬性,但使耐磨性降低;激光重熔后重新淬火以及固态相变硬化处理后500~600℃3次回火,其耐磨性较常规热处理后显著提高。
It was shown that the hot hardness of high soeed tiik steek W18Cr4V was increased and the wea r resista nce of it was decreased by laser remelted processing.The wear resistan ce in the state of laser solid transfor mation hardening and in the state that th1s steel was requenched and tempered at 500~600℃ three times after laser remelted processing was higher than in the state of conventional quenching tempering,
