摘要
目的:建立竞争机制,破除“护士长终身制”,实现以“优胜劣汰”为原则的能级管理。方法:制定考核指标及权重,确定考核形式及周期。结果:通过3次考核的实施,逐步建立并完善护士长任期目标责任考核模式。结论:经实践证明,此考核模式比较实用, 具有公正、公平、公开的优点。
Objective: To establish the management principle of selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior and to aboliosh the life tenure of a head-nurse by introducing competition. Methods: The target, form and time-span of assessment was formulated. Resuits: The assessment approach of targeted responsibility during the tenure of office as a head-nurse was progressively formulated via thrice practice. Conclusion: It is proved that the assessment approach has the advantages of being practical, impartial, as well as being overt.
