摘要 目的探讨人精液中项体酶、透明质酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰基移换酶与男性不育的关系.方法参照WHO标准方法,进行精液常规分析,按精子密度、活动率不同分为(正常、<20、20~40、>40)4个组.采用改良的Kennedy法检测精子顶体酶(ACE)活性.用Singer法测透明质酸酶(HYD)活性.采用磷酸苯二钠法检测酸性磷酸酶(ACP).用以Glucana为底物动力学方法测定精液γ-谷氨酰基移换酶(GGT)活性.结果98例不育各组的ACE、HYD、ACP和GGT活性明显低于正常生育组(P<0.01),并且随精子密度和活动率减少而降低,随精子畸形率增高而下降.结论精液酶类的检测是评价精子成熟、活动率及穿卵受精能力的重要指标之一,是精液常规参数不可替代的,对男性不育的诊断治疗具有重要价值. Objective: To explore the relationship between the acrosome enzyme, hyaluronidase, acid phosphatase, γ- glutamyltransferase in human semen and male infertility. Methods: Semen routine analysis was refen-ed to WHO standard method and divided into 4 groups according the density and motility of sperm (normal, 〈 20,20 - 40, 〉 40). The activity of acid phosphatase( ACP)was measured by improved Kennedy assay. The activity of hyaluronidase(HYD)was detected by Singer assay. The activity of γ- glutamyltransferase (GGT) was detected by p- ritrophenyl sodium phosphate assay. Results: The activity of ACE, HYD, ACP and GGT in different groups of 98 infertile men was significant lower than that in normal ( P 〈 0.01). In infertile group, the sperm density and mobility were lower and the sperm deformity wao higher than that in normal. Conclustion: The detection of enzyme in human semen is an effective index to evalue sperm maturity, motility and fertilized ability. It can not be replaced by sperm routine analysis and is very important in diagnosis for male infertility .
