摘要
目的:分析男性精子顶体酶活性与精液参数的相关性,探讨顶体酶活性在男性不育中的应用价值。方法:精液标本作常规的精液分析,并检测精子顶体酶活性,分析精子顶体酶与精液常规参数的相关性。结果:精子活力正常组患者的顶体酶活性高于异常组(P<0.05),顶体酶活性正常组的密度、精子形态及精子活力高于顶体酶活性异常组(P<0.05)。结论:精子顶体酶活性与精液浓度、精子活力及精子正常形态相关,精子顶体酶活性是一项评估精液质量的可靠指标。
Objectives：To discuss the value of sperm acrosome enzyme activity in evaluating male infertility by analyzing the relationship between sperm acrosome enzyme activity and index of routine semen examination. Methods：Routine semen examination was done and acrosome enzyme activity was detected to analyze the relation-ship between sperm acrosome enzyme activity and index of semen quality.Results：Sperm acrosome enzyme activity of sperm motility normal group was higher than that of abnormal group （P 〈0.05）,and sperm motility,density of sperm and rate of normal morphology of normal group were higher than that of abnormal group （P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Sperm acrosome enzyme activity is associated with sperm motility,density of sperm and rate of normal morphology,which is an important indicator for evaluating semen quality.
