摘要
在追求经济利益最大化是企业根本目标的情况下,企业忽视女职工权益也就不可避免。本文根据2004年福建省总工会对福建省十个地市区不同所有制企业的调查数据,对非公有制企业女职工劳动保护状况进行了分析与探讨,力求为保护女职工的一般劳动权益与特殊权益提供依据及对策。
Under the circumstance that pursuing maximum economic benefits is the fundamental target of business,it is inevitable that female workers' rights have been overlooked.This article, based on the survey data of different ownership businesses of ten districts in Fujian Province in 2004,makes an analysis on the labor protection of female workers in non - public ownership businesses,trying to supply countermeasures to safeguard the ordinary labor rightsand particular rights of female workers.
