摘要
农民工已经成为我国职业人群的主力军,但他们面临着劳动环境恶劣,劳动保护薄弱等问题。农民工自身安全意识薄弱,企业对农民工职业卫生投入低,政府安全监督执法力度薄弱。降低农民工职业伤害,需要国家、企业和农民工个人的共同参与和努力。要落实农民工培训政策,提高农民工安全意识;强化企业安全文化建设,降低事故发生率;加强政府职业安全管制,提高安全管制效果。
The Migrant workers have become the main force of the occupational groups in China, but they work under the situation of harsh environment and have an increasing occupational diseases, the labor protection of them is weak, the injuries and death of them frequently accident, the knowledge of production and safety training are lack, and the special protection policy of female migrant workers is not well implemented. Migrant workers are the major groups of the occupational hazards. The reasons included the impact of migrant workers, businesses and the government＇ s responsibility. These are mainly caused by the weak security awareness of migrant workers, the low investment on occupational health of migrant workers, the weakly government security supervision and law enforcement. The occupational hazards of the migrant workers situation are alarming, it is particularly necessary to strengthen and improve their occupational health condition. To reduce the occupational injuries of migrant works, it need the participation and efforts of the state, enterprises and migrant workers. In order to change the occupational safety and health status safety of migrant workers, It implementate the training policies of migrant workers to improve their safety awareness of migrant workers, strength the safety culture construction to reduce the accident rate, enhance the government＇ s occupational safety and control to increase the effect of safety control.
