摘要
目的研究毫米波辐射过程中细胞浓度对K562悬液细胞膜电压变化的影响。方法不同浓度的K562细胞用膜电压荧光探针标记后,用频率为41.32 GHz,功率密度为2 mW/cm2的毫米波对其进行辐射,并用荧光显微技术检测辐射过程中细胞膜电压荧光变化情况。结果在相同的毫米波辐射条件下,不同浓度组K562细胞膜电压变化不一样。结论毫米波作用下,细胞浓度和悬液细胞膜电压变化密切相关,提示细胞浓度是影响悬液中细胞毫米波生物非热效应的一个重要参量。
Objective To study the influence of the cell density on the variation of the transmembrane voltage on the cells in suspensions exposed to millimeter waves.Methods The K562 cells in suspensions were dyed by vohage-sensitive fluorescent dye,Then the dyed cells in suspensions were exposed to millimeter wave at a frequency of 41.32 GHz and density of 2 mW/cm^2 .During the exposure the transmembrane voltage was detected by using a fluorescent microscope, Results Under the same irradiation conditions, tire transmembrane voltage varies at different cell densities. Conclusions Tire experimental resuhs show that there is a close relationship between the cell density and tire transmembrahe voltage on the cells in suspesions exposed to millimeter waves, It also shows that the cell density has an influence on tire non-thermal bioeffeets of the cells in suspensions exposed to millimeter waves.
