摘要
目的:探讨毫米波辐射孕鼠导致成年子鼠学习和记忆成绩降低的机制。方法:孕小鼠在怀孕第6~15天时接受频率36.11GHz、功率密度10.0mW/cm^2、每天2小时的毫米波辐射,用受体的放射配基结合分析法对子鼠脑胆碱能-M 受体进行测定,用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法对足孕胚胎、成年子鼠和孕鼠脑内单胺类递质进行检测。结果:毫米波辐射可导致成年子鼠海马区 M 受体数量明显增加,足孕胚胎及成年子鼠和孕鼠脑中多巴胺含量明显降低,使成年子鼠脑内3,4-二羟苯乙二醇含量明显降低,使孕鼠脑内高香草酸含量明显增加。结论:毫米波辐射孕鼠导致子鼠学习和记忆成绩降低与海马区胆碱能神经功能的降低相关,也与其脑内多巴胺含量下降有关。
Objective:To clarify the mechanism by which millimeter wave radiation lowered the learning and memory ability of adult offsprings in pregnant mouse.Methods:During the experiment,the pregnant mice were radiated with millimeter wave from 6th~15th day of gestation,which was frequency of 36.11GHz and power density of 10mW/cm^2 for 2hrs/per day.The brain cholinergic muscarinic recep- tors of adult offsprings were measured by radioligand binding assay.The monoamines and their main metabolites in whole brain of term-fetus,adult offsprings and pregnant mice were tested by high-per- formance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detection.Results:After the millimeter wave radia- tion,the amount of muscarinic receptors in hippocampus of adult offsprings and the level of brain vanillic acid of pregnant mouse all were obviously increased;but the level of dopamine in the term-fetus,adult offsprings as well as pregnant mouse and level of 3,4-dihydroxy-phenylacetic acid in adult offsprings were greatly reduced.Conclusion:It is proved that the lowering of learning and memory ability in adult offsprings of pregnant mouse radiated by millimetr wave is related to the reduction of cholinergic ner- vous function in hippocampus or the dopamine content in brain of offsprings.
