摘要
毫米波辐射白血病细胞株后,有明显的诱导白血病细胞凋亡的效应,同时也有显著的直接杀灭白血病细胞株的作用。白血病细胞株受毫米波辐射后,胞内游离Ca2+的浓度显著升高,Bcl-2基因的表达显著下降。
Our research indicated that millimeterwave radiation not only increased the cytoplasmid free Ca 2+ of some of the leukaemia cellstrain K562,but also inhibited Bcl-2geneepression.Millimeterwave induced the apoptosis of leukaemia cells,and brough out cytoclasis.These Indicated that the millilmeterwave device,which was used in our research has thermal effect and unthermal effect.
