摘要
双环流厌氧反应器外环流流量在200~1000L/h范围内时,环隙广义雷诺准数随外环流流量的增大呈幂函数增长。用双环流厌氧反应器进行酒精发酵实验,结果表明,发酵周期短,发酵终了时醪液酒度最高;可明显提高酒精发酵效率。(孙悟)
The outer-loop flow capacity of double-loop anaerobic reactor is between 200-1000 L/h. The Reynolds number increased by means of power function with the increase of outer-loop flow capacity. The application of double-loop anaerobic reactor in the experiments of alcohol fermentation showed that the fermentation cycle was shortened and the alcoholicity of mash liquid reached the highest at the end of the fermentation and the fermentation efficiency increased evidently.
