摘要
酒精发酵是一个伴有物质传递的生化反应过程。本文对强制循环发酵液的酒精发酵过程进行了研究。结果表明:采用强制循环发酵液的方法可以促进传质过程,利于糖化酶对作用底物的水解和改善酵母细胞生长状况,为高浓度糖化液发酵生产酒精探索了一条可行的路径,实现了提高发酵效率的目的。
Alcoholic fermentation is a biochemical reaction Process with substance transferring. This paper deals with a research in to the process of alcoholic fermentation by compolsory ciculation of fermenting liquid. The result of experiments shows this method can be used to promote the process of transfer mass, to help the hydrolysis of glucoamylase to glucidtemns, to improve the growth of yeast cells and therefore find out a feasible way of producing alcohol by using concentrated glucidtemn liquid and to help raise fermenting efficiency.
