摘要
为了优化短梗霉生产的发酵过程,对出芽短梗霉(Aureobasid ium pu llu lans)发酵生产胞外多糖(EPS)普鲁兰的动力学进行了研究,利用数学建模方法得到了描述出芽短梗霉在30 L发酵罐中菌体生长,普鲁兰的合成及玉米淀粉水解物的消耗动力学数学模型和模型参数.实验和模型数据的比较结果证明模型计算值与实验效果拟合良好,为普鲁兰的放大工业化生产提供依据.
The EPS pullulan fermentation dynamics of Aureobasidium pullulans were demonstrated. The math models their dynamic parameters of Aureobasidium pullulans growth in 30 L fermentation reactor, synthesis of pullulan, and consumption of corn-starch hydrolysate were depicted. The estimation of the model parameters were confirmed in modeling process based on the fermentation data. Through the comparison of experimental data and the modeling ones, the modeling chart proved that the reckoned data and experimental ones joint well. These models offered the evidences for large scale production of pullulan.
