摘要
对短梗霉多糖(pullulan)的发酵动力学进行了研究,得到了描述发酵过程的动力学数学模型和模型参数,同时对实验数据和模型进行了验证比较。模型计算与实验结果拟合良好,模型正确地反应了短梗霉多糖的发酵过程及其动力学机制。
The kinetics for pullulan production by batch fermentation process with Aureobasidium pullulans is studied. The mathematical model models were obtainde in this paper, which provided a reasonable description for biomass, product and substrate variation with time. The models were satisfactorily compared with the experimented data of biomass, pullulan and substrate.
