摘要
进行了生物絮凝剂Pullulan絮凝水中Pb2+的试验,探讨了Pullulan与电解质A lC l3的复合比、絮凝溶液pH值以及初始Pb2+浓度对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明:在Pullulan与A lC l3用量比为4∶1.1、溶液pH值为6.5~7.0、Pb2+初始浓度为10、25、60、100 mg/L时,分别投加8、25、40、80 mg/L的Pullulan,对Pb2+的去除率可达最高,分别为73.86%、76.30%、77.07%、81.19%。6次重复性试验表明Pullulan的絮凝效果具有较高的稳定性。
A test of flocculating Pb^2+ in water by a bioflocculant (Pullulan) was conducted. The effect of the ratio of Pullulan to AlCl3 , pH value of solution, and initial Pb^2+ concentration on flocculation efficiency was discussed. The results indicate that the removal rate of Pb^2+ can reach 73. 86%, 76.30%, 77.07% and 81.19% respectively when the ratio of Pullulan to AlCl3 is 4 : 1.1, the pH value is 6.5 -7.0, the initial Pb^2+ concentrations are 10 mg/L, 25 mg/L, 60 mg/L and 100 mg/L respectively, and the Pullulan of 8 mg/L, 25 rag/L, 40 mg/L and 80 mg/L is added respectively. Repeated experiments were carried out 6 times, and they show that the Pullulan has a good stable flocculation efficiency.
