Determination of Platinum in Geological Samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry after Enrichment with β-Cyclodextrin Cross-linking Polymer

摘要 提出了β-环糊精交联树脂富集,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定地质样品的铂的分析方法。考察了温度、盐酸浓度以及粒度等对β-环糊精交联树脂富集铂的影响。用硫脲作为洗脱剂,加入抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,检出限为0.043mg/L,精密度(C=0.35mg/L,n=5)为8.86%,特征质量为6.70pg,结果令人满意。 A method is described for the enrichment of platinum in geological samples with β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer, Vitamin C was used as matrix modifier after eluted by (NH4)2CS and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Temperature, concentration of HCl and time that may affect the adsorption of platinum on β-cyclodextrin cross-linking polymer were studied, and the elution conditions were also exploved. The result showed that the adsorption would be best when shaking for 1 h in 0.1 mol/L HCl and at 25℃. The characteristic mass, detection limit and relative standard deviation are 6.70 pg, 0. 043 mg/L, 8.9% ( C =0.35 mg/L,n =5) , respectively.
