摘要
研究β-环糊精交联树脂包结有机显色剂2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(5-Br-PADAP)形成包结树脂的方法.以这种包结树脂吸附富集镉,确定了树脂对镉的最佳吸附条件:pH=8.5,振荡时间为1h,吸附温度为5℃,结合火焰原子吸收光谱法测定.该方法的检测限为0.03mg·mL-1,线性范围为0.2~8.0mg·mL-1.
The synthesize method of inclusion absorbing resin cross-linked β-cyclodextrin using epichlorohydrin as the crosslinking agent, and 2-(5 bromo-2 pyridylazo)-5-(diethylamino)-phenol (5-Br-PADAP) is studied. This resin is used to adsorption enrichment cadmium, the best adsorption conditions are ascertained: pH-8.5, 1 hour adsorption time, 5℃, then determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The detection limit is 0.03 mg·L^-1 , linearity range is 0.2-8.0 mg·L^-1.
