咪唑基取代β-环糊精聚合物固相萃取剂制备及分析应用

Preparation of Imidazolyl Substituted β-Cyclodextrin Polymers as a Solid-phase Extractant and Its Analytical Application

摘要 合成了单-6-脱氧-6-咪唑-β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDIMCP),建立了以β-CDIMCP为固相萃取剂分离分析碱性桃红T的新方法。结果表明,与β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDCP)相比,β-CDIMCP具有更好的吸附能力。室温下、pH=11.0时,β-CDIMCP能快速定量吸附碱性桃红T(吸附率95%);以3.0mL无水乙醇在8min内可脱附碱性桃红T(脱附率90.0%)。在最佳条件下,β-CDIMCP对碱性桃红T富集倍数为10,检出限为4.9 μg/L,相对标准偏差3.4%(n=3,P=3.00mg/L),线性范围为0.09~6.00mg/L,相关系数R为0.9972。通过包合常数测定探讨了β-CDIMCP对碱性桃红T的吸附机理。采用该方法对实际样品中碱性桃红T含量测定,结果令人满意。 Mono-6-deoxygi-imidazole-β-cyclodextrin polymer(β-CDIMCP) was synthesized and used as a new solid phase adsorbent to pre-eoncentrate/separate trace amount of safranine T in solutions. The results from UV-visible spectroscopy measurements show that β-CDIMCP had a better adsorption performance than β-CDCP. Safranine T was adsorbed by β-CDIMCP rapidly with an adsorption efficiency of 95% at room temperature and pH = 11.0. When 3.0 mL of anhydrous ethanol was used as the eluant, the elution efficiency reached 90% in 8 minutes. Under the optimum condition, the preconcentration factor of the proposed method was 10. The detection limit( DL), RSD, linear range, and correlation coefficient was found to be 4.9 μg/L, 3.4% ( n = 3, p = 3.00 mg/L) , 0.09 ~ 6.0 mg/L and 0.9972, respectively. This proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of safranine T in real samples. The molecular interaction between β-CDIMCP and safranine T was studied through the inclusion constant study.
