摘要
目的:探讨适合于基层及社区医院对食物过敏反应的诊断。熟悉常见的食物过敏原。方法:选用263例临床初步诊断为食物过敏反应的患者作为实验组,其中男108例,女155例。另选96名健康志愿者作为对照组,利用食物过敏原皮内试验法进行鉴定。比较两者中阳性反应情况。结果:食物过敏患者中总阳性率(51.7%)显著高于健康对照组(12.5%):食物过敏反应中阳性率较高的依次为虾、淡水鱼、牛奶、鸡蛋、韭菜、大豆、海鱼、芝麻、花生、牛肉等。皮内试验诊断食物过敏反应与放射性免疫吸附试验(radioallergicsorbcentests,RAST)、抗原酶标记、同位素标记试验相比,不需要昂贵的试剂、仪器设备、较高的技术水平。经济、可靠、简单易行、快速。结论:皮内试验适合于基层及社区医院对过敏反应的诊断。
Objective: To study a diagnosis method of food allergic reaction suitable for basic and community hospital, and to get familiar with the common food sensitinogen.Methods: 263 food allergic reaction patients were chosen who were clinically diagnosed as experimental group, including 108 male cases and 155 female cases.Then 96 healthy volunteers were chosen as matched group. Make an appraisal with intradermal tests of food sensitinogen. And the positive reaction between two groups was compared.Results: The positive rate (51.7%) of food allergic reaction patients was higher than that of healthy matched group ( 12.5% ) . the food which had higher positive rate in allergic reaction was shrimp, freshwater fish, milk, leek, soybean, sea fish, egg, sesame, peanut, beef ands o on.Conclusion: Compared with Radio allergic sorbeen Tests (RAST), antigen enzyme marking test and isotope marking test, the intradermal test doesn't need expensive reagent, apparatus and higher technology. It' s economic, reliable, simple, rapid and suitable for basic and community hospital.
