摘要
以科技工作者"复杂人"假设为前提,利用委托—代理理论分析了全面薪酬激励组合的有效性,并在此基础上从消费者均衡视角构建了激励组合优化模型,以期为完善我国科技工作者激励机制提供参考。
Based on the assumption of 'complicated man' of S&T professionals,this paper analyzes efficiency of comprehensive salary incentive portfolio with principal-agent theory,and builds an optimization model of incentive portfolio from the perspective of consumer equilibrium in order to provide some advices for perfecting the incentive mechanism of Chinese S&T professionals.
