摘要
研究结果表明,白菜型油菜细胞核雄性不育37AB是受2对显性抑制基因控制(13MS_Rf_:3MS_rfrf)的新雄性不育类型,分为杂合基因型(MSmsrfrf)和纯合基因型(MSMSrfrf)两类。采用简单成对保持双隐性(msmsrfrf)测交方法,经2~3个世代连续选育,能分离筛选出纯合基因型不育系,实现显性细胞核雄性不育的三系配套。
Through three years study on genetic male sterile line 37AB of Brassica Campestris L. the results in-dicated that this sterility was controlled by two dominant inhibitor genes and then was controlled to bea new type of male sterility. The sterile line include two kinds of genotypes :homozygote and hyterozy-gote.The homozgote male sterile type could be separated through 2~3generations of successive selec-tion and could be maintained by simple couple crosses and double reccesive test crosses.The“3-line”system could be realized in this dominant gene-controlled male sterility.
