摘要
利用回交替换法将小白菜不育细胞质转育到大白菜中,育成了100%质核互作型多基因雄性不育系169A。该不育系蜜腺发育及蜜的分泌能力正常,植株无退绿黄化现象,高抗病毒病(TuMV)、霜霉病(P·P),并且生长健壮,配合力高。
male sterile line 169A was generated by repeated backcrossing of Chinese cabbage to B.c.ssp. chinensis. The male sterility is controlled by the interaction of chromosomal polygene and cytoplasmic factors. In this line, the plants are dark-green with vegetative vigor and show high to resistance to TuMV and P. P. The nectary development and the amount of nectar secreted are normal. Moreover, the line not only grow healthily but also has high combining ability.
