摘要
自行车链轮与链条配合时要受到滑动摩擦,使其根部受链条拉力而弯曲,极易失效。即使采用表面强化热处理的低碳钢,也很难满足使用要求。采用不同的铝合金固溶、时效处理工艺,利用电子探针、MM2000磨损试验机等测试手段,对赛车链轮2014铝合金的组织性能进行了分析研究,结果表明:2014铝合金存在的相较为复杂,主要有θ相、W相和S相等。经500℃固溶、165℃时效处理后,其合金相分布细小、均匀,强度和硬度较高,塑性较好,耐磨性提高。
<Abstrcat>The glide friction will be got between the chain wheel and chain bar of bicycles when they work with each other. The root of the bar will suffer a pull to bend, and invalidation is easy to appear. It is difficult to content the use demand even if the surface strengthen heat treatment of the low carbon steel is adopted. This experiment analyses the microstructures and properties of 2014 aluminium alloy of racing bicycle's chain bar, which adopting different technologies of solution ageing and using test means such as electric probe, MM2000 abrasion tester and so on. The result shows that 2014 aluminium alloy phases,including θ phase, W phase, S phase and so on,is more complicated, its alloy phases distributes fine and uniformity, the hardness is higher, the strength and shapes is well, the wear resistance is enhance after 500℃ solution and 165℃ ageing treatment
