摘要
采用正交法设计了 2 0 2 4铝合金的热处理工艺方案 ,按设计方案进行了热处理试验和力学性能测试 ,同时测定了淬火C -曲线 ,并运用金相、透射电镜等手段研究了固溶温度、固溶时间、转移时间、淬火水温影响 2 0 2 4铝合金力学性能的微观机制 ,找到了 2 0 2 4铝合金的最佳热处理工艺制度。结果表明 :合金经 5 0 0℃固溶 10~ 30min ,转移时间小于 15s,2 5~ 75℃水温淬火 ,自然时效 96h后 ,析出大量的与基体共格的GP区和S″相 ,合金的强韧性优良 。
The plan of heat treatment process 2024 Al alloy is designed using orthogonal method,the heat treatment experimentals are made and the mechanical properties are tested according to the designed plan.At the some time,the quenching C-curve is measured.The effect of solid solution temperature,solid solution time,translative time,quenching water temperature on microscopic mechanism of the mechanical properties of the 2024 Al alloy is studied using microscope,transmission electron microscope.The best heat treatment process of the 2024 Al alloy is developed.The experimental results indicate that,by adopting 500 ℃×10 300 min solide solution,the transfer time is less than 15 s,25 75 ℃ water quonching,96 h room temperature aging for 2024 Al alloy,a lot of coherent GP zone and S″ phase are seperated out,the best streng thening and toughening effect is achived and there is no inter crystalline corrosion.
