摘要
研究了淬火温度和时效温度等因素对 70 5 0铝合金厚板组织和性能的影响 ,确定了 70 5 0 T76 5 1厚板的工艺参数 ;淬火温度 4 73± 2℃ / 180分钟 ,转移时间小于 2 0S ,淬火后 4h内预拉伸变形量 1 5 %~ 3 0 % ,间隔时间不大于 4 8h ,时效制度 12 1± 2℃ / 5h +174± 2℃ / 15h。
The effect of quenching and aging temperature on the structure and properties of 7050 aluminum alloy plate is studied.The process parameters of 7075-T7651 aluminum plate are determined.Quenching temperature is 473±2℃/180min,transferring time <20s.The prestretching deformation is 1.5~3% within 4h after quenching.The interval time from quenching to aging is within 46h.The aging is at 121±2℃/5h+174±2℃/15h.
