摘要
研究了低频旋转电磁场作用下,搅拌制度、搅拌时间、搅拌频率及搅拌电流对高性能复合材料AA7090合金基体半固态组织的影响。结果表明:无论是等温搅拌还是降温搅拌,其搅拌工艺参数对平均晶粒尺寸的影响规律完全相同;最佳工艺参数均为搅拌频率为6Hz、搅拌电流550A、搅拌时间为25min。但是,降温搅拌效果普遍优于等温搅拌。
The effects of stirring system and stirring time and stirring frequency and stirring electric current on high-performance composites AA7090 alloy matrix semi-solid structure were studied under the low frequency rotatable electromagnetic field. The results showed that stirring parameters, of whether isothermal electromagnetic stirring or cooled electromagnetic stirring, have the same influencing regularity on the average crystal size. The optimum electro-magnetic stirring parameters are defined as: stirring frequency of 6 Hz, stirring electric current of 550 A and stirring time of 25 min. However the effect of the cooled electromagnetic stirring is better than the isothermal electromagnetic stirring.
