摘要
采用ProCAST软件对2024-T351铝合金连杆的铸造过程进行仿真,预测连杆表面可能产生裂纹的位置。根据仿真结果,对2024-T351铝合金重力铸造工艺参数进行优化。实验结果表明,仿真预测的裂纹出现位置与实际相符,通过合理的选择浇注温度、模具预热温度和铸件留模时间,可有效地阻止铸件表面裂纹的产生。
The casting process for 2024-T351 aluminum alloy connecting rods was simulated by software ProCAST, and the position of surface crack produced in the connecting rod surface was predicted. Based on the results of simulation, the process of the gravity casting was optimized. The experimental results show that the position of surface crack produced in practical production is the same with the simulation results, and the surface crack of the castings can be controlled by pouring temperature, preheat temperature and casting holding time.
