电解加钛ZL108合金的高温拉伸和磨损性能

摘要 分别用纯铝锭和Al-0.30%Ti电解低钛铝合金锭熔配了共晶Al-Si无钛ZL108和5种不同钛含量的ZL108Ti合金,对比研究了它们在300℃时的高温拉伸和室温磨损性能。结果表明:随着钛含量的增加,合金的高温抗拉强度和耐磨性不断增加,当钛含量为0.12%时,ZL108Ti合金有最佳的高温抗拉强度,平均值达到135.94 MPa,室温耐磨性能也明显优于其它钛含量合金,因此过高的Ti含量不一定对合金的力学性能和耐磨性有利。 The eutectic Al-Si ZL108 titaniun free and 5 kinds of ZL108Ti alloys of different Ti content are produced by the pure At ingot and the directly electrolytic low - titanium Al- 0.30Ti% alloy ingot respectively. Their tensile properties at 300℃ and superior wear behavior are studied comparably. The result show that the UTS at 300℃ .and superior wear resistance of alloy increase while the Ti content in alloy increases, When the Ti content in alloy reaches 0.12%, ZL108Ti alloy gets the best UTS at 300℃ and wear resistence at room temperature, The best average of UTS at 300℃ of alloys is 135.94MPa.So, no good tensile properties and wear behavior of alloys can be obtained when Ti content is very high.
