摘要
通过对婴儿配方乳粉中必需脂肪酸调配的研究实验,引用正交实验,得出最佳结果:按棕榈油10%、玉米油0.4%、葵花籽油0.4%、椰子油0.4%(均为质量分数)的比例进行油脂复配时,可使婴儿配方乳粉中亚油酸含量为34.10mg/g,亚麻酸含量为3.30mg/g,亚油酸和亚麻酸的比例在10∶1(质量比)的范围,使配方粉中必需脂肪酸的含量和比例接近母乳,产品的综合评定最佳。
The essential fatty acids, which have broad physiology function and physiological active, are one part of the essential nutrition. This paper studies the preparing experiment of infant formula milk powder, uses orthogonal experiment and educes the optimum results, which are palm oil:10% ; corn oil :0.4% ; sunflower oil:0.4% ; coconut oil :0.4%(above all is quality percent)?In this way linoleic acid content is 34.10 mg/g, linolenic acid content is 3.30 mg/g.The content and ration of essential fatty acids approach humanized milk and the assessing result of product is the best when the ration of linoleic acid and linolenic acid is 10 to 1(this is quality ratio).
