亚麻籽对鸡蛋蛋黄中DHA和EPA含量的影响 被引量:10

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF MASHED LINSEED ON CONTENT OF DHA AND EPA IN EGG YOLK

摘要 目的研究饲喂6%和10%含量的亚麻籽对二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)和二十碳五烯酸(EPA)在蛋黄中的沉积作用的影响。方法选取60只生理条件基本一致的300日龄产蛋母鸡,分为三组,对照组饲喂常规饲料,试验Ⅰ组饲喂含有6%的亚麻籽的饲料,试验Ⅱ组饲喂含有10%亚麻籽的饲料,连续饲喂30d,间隔5d采集一次鸡蛋样品,每组取重量相近的10枚鸡蛋用气相色谱法测定蛋黄中的DHA与EPA含量,并与不同地点采集的市售鸡蛋蛋黄中DHA和EPA含量进行对比。结果饲喂6%和10%含量的亚麻籽饲料有提高蛋黄中DHA的作用,且饲喂6%含量的亚麻籽饲料对蛋黄中DHA提高效果好于饲喂10%组;饲喂6%和10%含量的亚麻籽饲料有降低蛋黄中EPA含量的作用,饲喂6%含量的亚麻籽饲料降低作用更明显;饲喂10%亚麻籽饲料对蛋黄中DHA和EPA总量在5 d时与其它日期差异非常显著(P<0.01),两试验组其它时间点两者总量差异不显著(P>0.05);与其它几组市售鸡蛋相比饲喂亚麻籽饲料有提高蛋黄中DHA含量,降低EPA含量的趋势,但与市售鸡蛋相比两者总量差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论饲喂含有亚麻籽的饲料可以改变蛋黄中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的组成,为开发高DHA、低EPA含量的婴幼儿专用保健蛋品奠定了试验基础。 Objective To explore the effect of mashed linseed on contents of DHA and EPA in egg yolk.Method Laying hens were randomly assigned to three groups,30 in each group.The control group was administered with ordinary diet.The two experimental groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed with ordinary diet plus 6% and 10% mashed linseed respectively.The eggs were collected at interval of 5 d.The content of DHA and EPA in egg yolk were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography.Results The addition of mashed linseed to the ordinary diets fed to hens increased the content of DHA,and decreased the content of EPA in egg yolk.The content of DHA in group Ⅰ was higher than group Ⅱ.The content of EPA in group Ⅰ was lower than group Ⅱ.The content of DHA+EPA in groupⅡ was higher significantly in 5 d than other days(P0.01).The content of DHA in groupⅠand groupⅡwas higher than those in the eggs collected from 6 local markets,while the content of EPA were lower from 6 local markets(P0.05).The content of DHA+EPA in groupⅠand groupⅡwere insignificantly different from the eggs collected from 6 local markets(P0.05).Conclusion The components of ω-3 unsaturated fatty acids in egg yolk could be altered by addition of mashed linseed.
