摘要
用化学萃取法获得亚麻子油,得油率3897%。皂化、甲酯化后用GC/MS计算机联用技术分析其中的脂肪酸组成及其相对含量。实验检出α亚麻酸等5种脂肪酸和2种未知成分。归一化结果表明,脂肪酸占9991%。软脂酸、亚油酸、α亚麻酸、硬脂酸和二十二烷酸的相对百分含量分别为429%、820%、8384%、353%和005%。
Fatty oils(3897%)from linseed were obtained by chemical extraction.The components of fatty acids and the relative contents were analyzed by GC/MS.The results showed that 5 fatty acids and 2 unknown constituents were detected.The fatty acids constitute 9991% of total components.The relative contents of palmitic acid,linoleic acid,αlinolenic acid,stearic acid and docosanoic acid(22∶0)were 429%,820%,8384%,353% and 005% respectively.
