摘要
将DEA方法应用于技术效率测算,与参数测算方法相比更加准确、简便、灵活,应用范围更广,但基于径向技术距离函数的传统方法存在测算角度单一、投入(产出)常常不能径向逼近生产前沿面等问题。非径向DEA方法运用定向技术距离函数,投影方向具有一般性,而且同时考虑投入和产出两个方面,将其应用于技术效率测算对技术效率测算。理论的完善、应用领域的拓展具有重要意义。
Using DEA to measure technical efficiency is more accurate, flexible and easier in comparison withparametric method. But the traditional method based on radial directional function has some problems such asinability to combine input and output and constant dissatisfying radial approach to frontiers. Application of non-radialDEA in technical efficiency measurement can solve those problems and make it useful in more fields.
