摘要
城市管理的绩效评价能否客观公正,将对城市的发展产生重大的影响。本文在分析城市管理绩效和城市经济类型的基础上,提出了其管理绩效评价指标体系,同时依据不同的城市经济特征对指标体系进行适当的调整,使得利用DEA方法所建立的城市管理绩效评价模型能够科学地反映城市管理的绩效。并通过实例评估进一步验证其科学性。
Objective and impartial evaluation of urban management efficiency has a great influence on city development. On the basis of analysis of management efficiency and economy type of city, this paper produces an index system of relative city management efficiency. Adjusting the index system of relative management efficiency according to different economy type of city, it equitably reflect city management efficiency that relative evaluation model of management efficiency of city by means of DEA method. Finally, a case is employed to test and verify feasibility of this method.
