摘要
女大学生是中国人力资源的重要组成部分 ,但是作为未来的女性人才 ,她们的心理冲突是很强烈的 ,普遍存在着成功恐惧心理 ,这对她们的成长发展十分不利。因此 ,关注女大学生的成功恐惧心理具有十分重要的现实意义。文化人类学派认为文化对性别角色的塑造具有决定作用。在中国 ,儒家文化对女性地位———弱势群体、主要作用———辅助作用和人生目标———婚姻家庭的规定是形成女大学生成功恐惧心理的决定性因素。
Female university students are an important composition of Chinese human resources. However, as the future female talented personnel, they have extremely strong psychological conflicts and commonly have the fear psychology of success, which is very harmful to their growth and development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to pay attention to their psychology of success. In the opinion of cultural anthropological school, culture determines the shaping of gender role. In China Confucian doctrine regards women as disadvantaged group and their major responsibility as assistant, and their life goal as marriage and family, which are the decisive factors in forming the fear psychology of success among female university students.
