论新课程背景下教师角色的转变

摘要 教师的角色,是一个多元的综合,随着社会的变迁和形势的发展,不断负载着新的内涵的发展性概念。在素质教育大背景下,新课程的实施必然要求教师转变传统角色,教师对自己所扮演的角色应有更高的要求。教师角色的塑造与再定位的过程也是教师专业化的过程。一方面,教师应成为学习者和研究者,把握教育发展脉搏;另一方面,教师更应成为反思者,提升教学水平。 Teacher's role is a multi-integrated, as society changes and the development of the situation, and constantly load with a new connotation of the development concept. In the context of quality education, the implementation of the new curriculum will inevitably requiring teachers to change the traditional role of the teachers themselves should be the role of higher demand. And the role of teachers in shaping the process of re-positioning is the process of professionalization of teachers. On the one hand, teachers should become learners and researchers, grasp the pulse of the development of education; On the other hand, teachers should become more reflection, ungrade the teaching level.
