摘要
教师的角色，是一个多元的综合，随着社会的变迁和形势的发展，不断负载着新的内涵的发展性概念。在素质教育大背景下，新课程的实施必然要求教师转变传统角色，教师对自己所扮演的角色应有更高的要求。教师角色的塑造与再定位的过程也是教师专业化的过程。一方面，教师应成为学习者和研究者，把握教育发展脉搏；另一方面，教师更应成为反思者，提升教学水平。
