摘要
当前中国部分女大学生对自己的就业期望不高,产生这一现象的根本原因在于传统僵化的社会性别定义和分工,这种定义与分工导致了女大学生就业期望不高的内外因素的形成。同时,这种分工也不利于现代社会男女两性乃至整个社会的发展。
Some of the female university student's occupation expectations are not high nowadays.The basic cause of this phenomenon is the traditional and fixed social gender definition and labor division,which leads to the external and fixed social gender definition and labor division goes against the development of the male and female and the whole modern society.
