摘要
液压冲击器的工作性能中最重要的是冲击能,冲击能又与冲击频率密切相关.文中首先从自反馈液压冲击器的工作原理出发,根据此冲击器的运动情况,给出了冲击器的活塞杆的冲程与回程的动力学方程,又通过变步长的四阶龙格-库塔法,求解冲程和回程的动力学方程,得出活塞杆运动过程中时间与活塞杆行程的对应关系,最终在理论上得到了此液压冲击器的冲击频率.利用理论计算的方法来研究冲击过程,能够提高设计过程中参数选择的正确性,提高设计工作效率.
Impulsion energy is the most important of work capacities of a hydraulic impulsion tool, and impulsion energy is related to impulsion frequency. At first, according to the work principle of self feedback hydraulic tools, the dynamic equation of the to-and-fro movement of the impulsion tools' cylinder rod was obtained through the movement of the tool. Then according to the variable step-size fourth order Runge-Kutta method, some displacement values which correspond to times on the movement course of the cylinder rod were obtained. Finally the frequency of the hydraulic impulsion tool was obtained theoretically. All this can make parameters more accurate and improve work efficiency in design work.
