摘要
针对目前速射迫击炮自动化能力不足的问题,以车载82 mm速射迫击炮为基础,设计了一种结构紧凑、装弹迅速、供弹准确、可靠性高的后装式迫击炮自动供输弹系统。将协调器与回转弹舱结合,结构更加紧凑;回转弹舱不随身管俯仰,提高了火炮俯仰响应速度。为实现速射迫击炮的完全自动化做了结构上的准备。利用三维CAD软件和多体动力学分析软件对机构进行动力学建模与仿真分析,验证了方案的可行性。在仿真结果的基础上优化机构设计,在弹舱位回转轴部位增设了缓冲装置,极大优化了机构运行条件,提高了机构运行的稳定性与可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient automation ability of rapid fire mortar at present,based on the vehicle mounted 82 mm rapid fire mortar,an automatic ammunition supply and transportation system of rear mounted mortar with compact structure,rapid ammunition loading,accurate ammunition supply and high reliability was designed.The structure is more compact by combining the coordinator with the rotary bomb cabin;There is no pitching tube in the rotary projectile cabin,which improves the pitching response speed of the gun.Structural preparations are made for the full automation of rapid fire mortars.The three-dimensional CAD software and multi-body dynamics analysis software were used to model and simulate the mechanism,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.Based on the simulation results,the mechanism design was optimized,and a buffer device was added at the rotating shaft of the ammunition cabin,which greatly optimizes the operating conditions of the mechanism and improves the stability and reliability of the mechanism.
