摘要 基于培养中德合作IHK机电一体化师的教学背景,需制定涵盖培养IHK机电一体化师全部学习领域与培训规则的考试题库。介绍了虚拟样机技术的设计流程,在计算机软件环境中建立了基于ADAMS的注塑机虚拟样机模型,对注塑成型机的运动学仿真进行了研究,对开发新型机电设备和建立IHK机电一体化师考试题库具有一定的实用价值。 As the department of electrical in our college has undertaken the task of teaching IHK mechatronics tech- nicians with the cooperation of Dresden University of Technology in Germany, we need to prepare for the IHK mechatronics technicians exam which includes all the fields of study and training rules. This application of virtual prototyping technology introduces the design process of virtual prototyping technology, models the injection molding machine in the computer software environment, and then runs the kinematic simulation, which has some practical value for both the development of new mechanical and electrical equipment and the IHK mechatronics technicians exam.
