摘要
以拉格朗日-麦克斯韦方程建立的带驱动机构的机电耦联弯扭耦合非线性振动微分方程为研究对象,运用龙格库塔法分析机电耦联系统的非线性特征,分析了电机启动时的振动特性,得到了相图、时间响应、频率图谱和轴心轨迹。电机在起动时,轴心轨迹有明显的变化,表明在起动时电机不稳定;由相图可知电机对扭转振动的影响不是很明显。
Taking the differential equation of the electromechanical coupling and bending and torsion nonlinear vibration of the belt drive mechanism which establishing according to the Lagrange- Maxwell equation as research object,by using the Runge Kutta method,the nonlinear characteristic of the electromechanical coupling system and the vibration characteristic in the state of the motor starting are analyzed,the phase diagram,time response,frequency spectrum and the axis trajectory are obtained. When the motor starting,the axis trajectory has apparent change,it shows that the motor is not stable. By phase diagram shows that the influence of motor on the torsional vibration is not very obvious.
