氦-氖激光照射对大鼠胚胎脊髓神经细胞影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究氦 -氖 (He -Ne)激光照射对大鼠胚胎脊髓神经细胞增殖分化的影响。方法 用波长为6 32 8nm ,输出功率为 2mw的He -Ne激光直接照射培养于 96孔培养板中的大鼠胚胎脊髓神经细胞 ,分组、照射不同的时间 ,每天 1次 ,照射时间分别为 :3min(A组 )、6min(B组 )、10min(C组 ) ,连续照射 10d后 ,计数集落形成率 ,测定蛋白质含量和丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 A组集落形成率较对照组明显增加 (P <0 0 1)而B组和C组显著减少 (P <0 0 1) ;A、B实验组相对蛋白质含量较对照组明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;C组相对蛋白质含量较对照组明显减少 (P <0 0 1)。而MDA含量无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 胚胎脊髓神经细胞受低功率He -Ne激光直接照射后 ,其影响与照射时间有关 ,短时间吸射可能促进增殖分化 。 Objective To study the effect of He-Ne laser at lower power on proliperation and differentiation of spinal cord nerve cell.Methods Spinal cord nerve cell of rat embryo were randomly divided into one control group and three experimental groups,the experimental groups were respectively irradiated at different time:3?min (A组),6?min (B组),10?min (C组),each day.After ten days, to count the concentration rate and determine the content of protein and the amount of MDA.Results The concentration rate of group A significantly increased than the contrast group (( P <0 01),but group B and group C significantly decreased than the contrast group ( P <0 01).The protein content of group A and B were obviously increased ( P <0 05),group C obviousy decreased ( P <0 01).Conclusion Spinal cord nerve cell of rat embryo were irradiated,the effect was related with irradiating time. Short time irradiation could stimulate cells proliferation,but long-time irradiatio could inhibit cell proliferation.
