摘要
He-Ne激光照射家兔合谷、大椎、足三里穴,取颈前淋巴结行光镜和电镜观察,同时用单向免疫扩散法测血清IgG含量。结果表明,5次照射和10次照射均能使淋巴结内多种细胞的超微结构发生改变,10次照射组更为明显。与对照组相比,血中IgG含量5次照射组差异有显著性(P<0.05),10次组差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。说明He-Ne激光增强机体体液免疫和细胞免疫动能是有细胞学基础的。
He Ne laser irradiated on acupoints“He Gu”,“Da Zhui”,“Zu San Li”of rabbits.The nodi lymphatici cervicales anteriores were observed by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The serum IgG was measured by simple immunodiffusion method.The results showed that the ultrastructures of various cells in the lymph nodes were changed both in the five times irradiation group and the ten times group,but ten times group was more marked than the five times group.The content of serum IgG in the five times group wes significantly higher (P<0.05) and in the ten times group was very significantly higher (P<0.01) than in the control group.It demonstrated that laser acupoint irradiation enhancing the cellular and humoral immune function of the organisms was on the basis of the changes of cell ultrastructures.
