摘要
目的 分别测定兰州 (海拔 1 5 0 0m)、西宁 (海拔 2 2 60m)和模拟海拔 5 0 0 0m小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和肝匀浆丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,探讨不同海拔地区小鼠氧自由基的改变。方法 用连苯三酚自氧化法测定血清SOD活性 ;用硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)显色法测定肝匀浆中MDA含量。结果 血清SOD随着海拔增加和低氧加重而降低 ,而肝匀浆MDA随着海拔增加和低氧加重而升高。结论 在高原低氧状态下 ,氧自由基产生增加 ,机体抗自由基的各种酶活性降低 ,造成机体脂质过氧化活动显著增强 。
Objective To research the changes of oxygen free radical in mouse which exposed in 1500m(Lanzhou), 2260m(Xining) and analogue altitude 5000m with the different altitudes by visited serum superoxide dismutases(SOD) and liver homogenate malondialdehyde (MDA). Methods The activity of SOD in serum was measured by self-oxidation of pyrogallic acid. The content of MDA in liver homogenate was measured by TBA colorimetric assay. Results The serum SOD was being decreased by the altitude increasing, but the liver homogenate MDA was increased. Conclusion Under the hypoxia, the oxygen free radicals is increased, the enzyme of againstfree radicals is reduced, the lipid peroxidation is increased significantly. The ability of against free radicals is died down.
