摘要 目的观察低能He-Ne激光对帕金森病的治疗效果及其对病人抗氧化能力的影响。方法用低能He-Ne激光对47例帕金森病病人进行经鼻脑定向治疗,并检测治疗前后褪黑素、超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛的水平。结果帕金森病病人的褪黑素水平降低,其抗氧化能力降低,MDA含量增高,但经治疗后褪黑素水平升高,SOD活力增高,MDA含量降低。结论低能He-Ne激光脑定向治疗对帕金森病有效并能提高病人的抗氧化能力,可能是通过提高机体的褪黑素水平而实现的。 Objective To observe effects on antioxidizing ability hypoenergy He-Ne laser and probe its possible mechanism in the treatment of Parkinson disease. Methods The 47 cases were treated with hypoenergy He-Ne laser through brain orientation. The changes of the melatonin, SOD and MDA of plasma were detected. Results The melatonin of PD patients were decreased. The level of SOD was decreased and MDA increased (P<0.05) before the treatment; but the level of SOD and melatonin was increased, and MDA was decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment with hypoenergy He-Ne laser through brain orientation can increase the antioxidizing abitity, thus decrease the damage of oxygen free radicals by it affecting the changes of melatonin.
