摘要
破碎是资源回收中的关键,对于常温下不易破碎的物料,可利用其低温变脆的性质进行破碎。介绍了低温破碎的国内外研究现状,低温破碎的原理与制冷技术,着重分析了低温破碎在回收塑料、橡胶、金属、电子废弃物等固物中的应用。低温破碎二次污染小,动力消耗低,破碎粒度均匀,还可利用不同物质破碎韧性的差异进行选择性破碎,在资源回收中的使用逐渐受到重视。
Grinding is the key technology in resource recovery. Materials can not be ground finely at room temperature will be ground in a brittle condition utilizing cryogenic grinding process. This paper presents a description on cryogenic grinding progress at home and abroad, the principle of cryogenic grinding and the typical refrigeration systems, as well as its application in the recovery of solid materials such as discarded plastic, rubber, metal, electronic wastes, etc. Cryogenic grinding has advantages of less pollution, low power consumption, satisfactory particle size, and selective grinding based on the different fracture toughness of materials. This makes the process very attractive in resource recovery.
