摘要
针对我国目前煤沥青产量大但有效利用率低的现状,通过采用冷冻粉碎制得煤沥青粉,再添加合适分散剂制备具有与水煤浆类似性质的煤沥青水浆。结合水煤浆的研究结果,分析了分散剂在煤沥青水浆制备中作用原理,并对煤沥青水浆的研究情况及制备过程中的影响因素进行了分析总结。在此基础上指出了煤沥青水浆的研究方向。
According to the high production of coal pitch and the low efficient utilization rate in China, with the proper dispersant added, the coal pitch powder from the freezing coal pitch grounding could prepare the coal pitch water slurry with a similar properties of the coal water slurry. In combination with the research results of the coal water slurry, the dispersant function principle in the preparation of the coal pitch water slurry were analyzed. The research on the coal pitch water slurry and the influence factors in the preparation process were analyzed and summarized. Based on the circumstances, the research orientation of the coal pitch water slurry was further analyzed.
